Q HOW DO I SUBMIT A DEBT??

Q DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR A FIX PERIOD?
A No. Once you have signed our Terms & Conditions, we can legally act on your behalf for any future work you wish to submit.
Q WHO DO I SPEAK TO AT THE AGENCY?
A Unlike some other agencies you will be given a specific debt collector for all your files, this enables you to build up a relationship with your collector: and allows the collector to understand your requirements.
Q ARE THERE MEMBERSHIP FEES, JOINING SUBSCRIPTIONS OR FIXED FEE CONTRACTS?
A No. There is no membership or hidden costs.
Q I HAVE LOTS OF SMALL DEBTS; WHAT IS THE MINIMUM SIZE DEBT YOU WILL CHASE?
A We are happy to accept all size debts! Our minimum charge is $10.00 + GST per debt. Every debt is treated with teh same importance.
Q HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF MY DEBT?
A Your designated collector is available to update you on the status of your files. Reports are routinely sent however enquiries will be responded to promptly.
Q DOES THE DEBTOR PAY ME DIRECTLY?
A We do not specify how the debtor has to pay the debt. If they want to pay you direct, we need to be informed once you have been paid so that we can update the debtors file. If payment is made into our trust account, you will be informed immediately.
Q HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY MONEY IF THE DEBT IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THE AGENCY?
A We allow ten working days to clear if a cheque, and the monies will be distributed at the end of the month. As most clients have more than one debt this is the preferred option.
Q WILL YOU BE TAKING MY DEBT LEGAL? WILL THIS COST A LOT OF MONEY?
A We can process Minor Debt claims through the court, saving you a lot of time and money in comparison to solicitor fees. Our paralegal is vastly experienced and can advise on all aspects of court procedures. We also have access to an excellent well respected Litigation lawyer who can give quoted costings for your approval.
