A feasibility study will be run free of charge on the case and we will advice of the appropriate path regarding Legal action or litigation. All litigation cost will be discussed before proceeding. Whilst the need of litigation is unnecessary in the majority of accounts our relationship with our lawyers is very strong and compliments our service on the basis that it is result driven. We have teamed together with our lawyers to collaboratively collect for you. Examples of this collaboration include heavily discounted professional fees. If a client has absconded Coral Sea Mercantile can try and trace your debtor. We have various means at our disposal e.g REVS vehicle search,Electoral roll,to chase the debtor. A minimum commission for each account is applicable $10 + GST
