When legal action is required for a debt totalling $25k or less ,we are able to process your case internally at a very competitive rate. We are able to assess all cases individually and can proceeed immediately upon your approval.

If the debt is greater than $25k , it may be necessary to take matters further and engage the services of our experienced and reputable legal team. Our nationwide lawyers are trusted within the industry and we have developed a long and fruitful association.

We only recommend files to the lawyers if we think that there will be a favourable outcome and this is done in consultation with the client.
Each case is given a competitive quote costing for approval before any proceedings are started.

Avoid future headaches by going with your instincts and researching your clients. Before you starting working with a client CSM can provide peace of mind by providing all relevant searches at little cost.

2. Cool and Calm

Always be pleasant and polite. You catch more bees with honey than vinegar. Listen to your client and try and resolve any issues swiftly to avoid excuses. It is amazing how many people are more likely to pay if they see you in a favourable light.
