We never charge membership joining fees or upfront costs apart from $5 + GST placement fee to cover postage.
We charge a standard flat fee of 15% + GST this is transparent and a very competitive costing for our service. Our rates are negotiable on receipt of large files.

Avoid future headaches by going with your instincts and researching your clients. Before you starting working with a client CSM can provide peace of mind by providing all relevant searches at little cost.
2. Cool and Calm
Always be pleasant and polite. You catch more bees with honey than vinegar. Listen to your client and try and resolve any issues swiftly to avoid excuses. It is amazing how many people are more likely to pay if they see you in a favourable light.
